Well, suffice to say, in this conversation Ali and I lean into questions of and the links between trust and values and mindfulness and feedback and a lot more. It’s a rich conversation that I hope will leave you thinking about things in a new way.

How you show up matters
How you show up in one aspect of your life is how you show up in all aspects of your life. When you are mindful about your professional life then you will also be mindful in your personal life. But that also means that you can’t be lazy at work and meticulous in intimate relationships. At some point your behavior in one area of your life will carry over into other areas.
Set yourself up for consistent success
In our conversation Ali walks us through the connection between trust, values, mindfulness, and success. When you setup your day to ensure that you are in a great head-space, you are more interested in your work and more likely to be successful. So why not structure your life to ensure that you are always in a great head-space? Ali walked us through the practices that help her and provides guidance on finding the practices that work for you.
