Dr. Abu-Bakr is the founder of Conduit for Collaboration Consulting, LLC – a healthcare equity, innovation, and strategy consulting firm. She holds a clinical doctorate in public health nursing and combines her expertise in health justice, public health, policy, and nursing with evidence-based practice to support change management, enhance patient experiences, engage communities, promote equitable practices, and enhance health outcomes in communities both local and global.
